I'm one that didn't hold the mic right, very seldom do I as seldom do I speak. I had spoken very 'generally' and you mentioned that I should have been more specific at the beginning. I had the teaching of W. Edwards Deming that you must begin with gereralizations as you can go from them to specifics but never from specifics to generalizations. Likely you'll be back for D62 in the future and I'll see you then.
